Designed for durability and performance, our Punchlock ladders are crafted with the highest standards of materials and workmanship, ensuring they stand the test of time for the original end-user purchaser.
Effective from 1st July 2024, this comprehensive warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Should your ladder exhibit any such issues, Werner Co Australia will repair or replace it free of charge, including covering all associated freight costs.

Werner Co Australia Pty Ltd is excited to offer a robust 5-year warranty on Bailey Ladders' high-quality range of riveted ladders, extension ladders and the Ladderweld range. Built to withstand the demands of professional use, our ladders are engineered with superior materials and workmanship, ensuring dependable performance for years to come.
Effective from 1st July 2024, this warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. Should your ladder experience any such issues, Werner Co Australia will repair or replace it free of charge, including all associated freight costs.

Please be aware, the warranty does not cover damages from transit, improper use, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Defects resulting from cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, overloading, or failure to adhere to Werner Co instructions and guidelines are also excluded.
Products not listed in the links above are covered by a standard 1 Year warranty, which also includes the Bailey Fall Protection range.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
